Chef Wouter Margaroli is inspired by the journey of our food, from the seed to your plate and the lives of the animals we eat. Wouter believes that ingredients should be at their best when they arrive on your plate, therefore, he cooks only with seasonal and locally sourced ingredients.

Wouter studied French haute cuisine and uses techniques from his studies to explore and enhance natural flavours.

We ensure a smooth, professional and warm service for your event with a combined 35 year experience in hospitality. Menus are always tailored to your needs, dietary requirements and type of event. Clients can choose from our catering catalogue or opt for a bespoke menu created just for you.

Our Private Chef service can be hired per half day or day and costs are calculated based on the accessibility of the service kitchen, availability of equipment and menu.
